ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the BLADIHOOD Store website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). By placing an order, you commit to having the full payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
PRODUCT ACCURACY
We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, due to screen calibration differences, actual product colors may vary slightly. All dimensions and weights are approximate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our returns process.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, product images, and text, is the exclusive property of BLADIHOOD and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BLADIHOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, beyond the value of the original purchase.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent Moroccan courts.
